- 4-5 years of experience in relevant engineering roles
- Experience with JavaScript (Node.js, React.js), Python, and/or SQL
- Familiarity with distributed microservices architectures
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Confident, high-energy, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
