Owens Companies is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Sales & Operations Manager with strong knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning principles and equipment to join our company. The Manager will execute sales strategies for the division and be a "working sales leader", able to meet sales quotas. The Manager will oversee all operations associated with service, installations, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth for the company.
  • Daily management of Residential service department; HVAC service and installation technicians and support staff.
  • Evaluate workload and schedule of service work in a way that best utilizes service technicians.
  • Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution.
  • Monitor and act on trends involving Technician callbacks and service opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customers, office staff, sales department, and technicians.
  • Report on team performance.
  • Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
  • Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation and/or sales experience, management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
  • Great attitude, high energy, excellent communication skills, sales driven.
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Valid drivers’ license
