Growth Marketing Coordinator

Overtime is looking for a digital marketing professional for the position of Growth Marketing Coordinator on the Overtime App team.

The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the management of growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns for the app. This individual will manage and execute app messaging strategies across automated marketing, social and influencer platforms. They will also work cross-functionally to manage influencer relationships, interact with app users, maintain internal docs, analyze and report on key metrics and KPIs, as well as identify and develop new partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this position has digital marketing experience and has built and maintained engagement and retention strategies for a mobile app. They are highly organized, detail oriented and are able to work on a variety of projects of various priorities. This position will report to the Head of Growth, Mobile Apps.

What you’ll do

  • Project manage the app affiliate program and influencer marketing initiatives
  • Develop, test and optimize push messaging campaigns to increase app engagement and retention
  • Maintain and analyze daily and weekly reporting  
  • Work with our influencer partners to manage growth campaigns and produce social content
  • Assist with management of internal docs and promotional calendars
  • Help develop new campaigns and tactics to drive audience growth for the app and the Even the Odds newsletter

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience working in the media, advertising or tech industries
  • Previous experience working with a mobile app or consumer facing product
  • Familiarity with paid media advertising and influencer marketing
  • Experience developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing and/or push messaging campaigns
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and knows how to prioritize different projects and tasks
  • A self-starter, who is solutions-oriented and always curious to learn
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, but is also a creative thinker
