We’re currently seeking a Senior Director, Brand Partnerships who will bring existing client/agency relationships and cultivate new ones, all with the goal of helping our partners deliver on their digital media, social, content and overall cross-platform needs. 

This is a senior-level individual contributor role with quarterly revenue targets. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Through a consultative sales approach, you will establish a collaborative business relationship between Overtime and Fortune 100 companies and their media agencies. 
  • Pitch integrated custom solutions across long-form content, short-form social content, events, sponsorship, and media. 
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew / up-sell to drive revenue growth.
  • Immerse yourself in the evolving media landscape, and continue to educate new and existing partners on the most meaningful ways to activate within the space together with Overtime.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital and social content media sales, working with Fortune 100 companies and advertising agencies (role is based in NYC).
  • Established relationships with C-level marketers and key decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • A proven track record of developing and growing a book of business
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the publisher and social media landscape, as well as the types of opportunities being presented to partners 
  • Vertical experience a plus - particularly in entertainment, technology, finance, travel, QSR, and consumer packaged goods
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams

  • BA / BS degree
