Overjet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate who will support the TA and Recruiting needs by leading all aspects of the talent interview experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with candidates informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, status, etc.
  • Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Heavy calendar management including scheduling phone and virtual interviews
  • Work with TA and Recruiting on reporting and specialized projects
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure a premium candidate experience
  • Multi-task effectively, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to coordination process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a similar Recruiting Coordinator role or 2 years administrative, customer service, or HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
