Associate CSM will be the strategic lead and point of contact on a multiple high-value healthcare insurance clients



  • Own and lead selected, simultaneous customer engagements and manages customer expectations
  • Partner with the business development (BD) team and Engagement Managers (EMs) to support the development of proposals, SOWs, and necessary contracts
  • Work through the post-sales lifecycle of insurance client from SOW, production implementation, and post-implementation success to ensure Overjet clients are able to maximize value realized from their investment
  • Partner with Overjet technical program managers (TPMs) to manage production implementation activities and oversee completion of deliverables, meeting milestones, and ensuring success
  • Identify opportunities for new Overjet services by understanding and addressing potential new use-cases. Articulate the business value in the upsell, or extension of services
  • Exercise independent judgement and be accountable for client project delivery and overall client satisfaction through the entire engagement
  • Build customer success through customer loyalty. Nurture close long-term client relationships with clients to drive customer value from product. Ensure customer goal achievement and provide cross team effort between sales, customer support , service and product.



  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation, customer success, product or consulting role; startup experience is highly desirable
  • Healthcare experience highly desirable
  • Understanding of creating ROI, proof of value, and financial analysis
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with experience in maintaining relationship with client and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once, prioritize and execute on a number of tasks, resolve issues quickly, identify opportunities to improve Overjet's presence and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Dedication to learning and remaining current with changes and advances in the healthcare industry and the impact of AI on healthcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to leverage SQL and/or BI tools for data analysis
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
