Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Overjet's solutions for large enterprise clients into production and ensuring timely delivery and completion
  • Conduct scoping meeting(s) with support from Overjet Engagement Managers (EMs) to ensure product and technical requirements are understood, documented, and signed off by the client team
  • Translate requirements into clear and comprehensive milestone-based project plans and align all internal stakeholders (product, engineering, ML, EMs) and external (client PMs) around them
  • Ongoing project management activities - daily delivery management, status updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders, managing issues, risks, dependencies across team and removing blockers for teams to meet timelines
  • Identify and track the projects and actions they need to take to make your clients successful; leading detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables against scope, budget, and timeline
  • Build a culture of delivery - projects across the organisation have clear accountability, timelines and expectations, with proactive communication with all involved stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, MIS, or a related field
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in customer-facing/implementation project management roles, preferably with a startup, or in a professional services/consulting role
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them for internal engineering and product teams for execution
  • Experienced in project management (e.g., lead meetings, draft status reports, develop/manage project plans, track issues, identify risks, etc.) and managing multiple projects varying in size at one time; PMP/Scrum master/ SAFe Agilist certifications preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of key goals. Ability to drive teams/decisions through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams on multiple initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence
  • 2+ years prior experience in healthcare required, preferably in the utilization management/review domain, dental experience preferred
