Do you have experience working as a Workplace Experience Expert, Office Manager or Operations/Project Manager?

In this role you will

- Ensure our office space remains organized, welcoming, and fully stocked, and offer assistance, as needed, to employees and external visitors.

- Oversee day-to-day office maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and organize all office processes.

- Establish and manage relationships with landlords and other external providers.

- Plan facilities capacities and participate in any renovation processes.

- Ensuring the office is compliant with health and safety legislation.

- Handle and coordinate travel for the team, and suggest improvements to travel processes and the travel policy.

- Analyze general travel costs and tools and suggest improvements.

- Handle the general and financial administration for the office.

- Participate in making improvements for the office, based on your understanding of the company's overall structure relating to invoicing, project structuring, and legal compliance.

- Handle daily communication with employees, management, external partners, visitorsand give presentations to medium/bigger size groups of people, as needed.

- Assist with and manage various internal and external events and projects.

Your experience

- 3+ years of experience working as an Workplace Experience Expert, Office or Operations/Project Manager, preferably in an international tech company.

- Experience and proficiency with project management software like Trello, - Confluence, and Google Drive, as well as a desire to stay up to date with new technology.

- Passion for the mobile games and entertainment industries is a plus.
