Review and track delinquent customer accounts and take appropriate action
Report on said accounts and monitor collections activity for timely payment
Contacting and following up with customers
Negotiate and process payments, which may include setting up payment plans
Work with confidential material and maintain confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills
3-5 years of experience in collections
Knowledge of collections procedures and strong attention to detail
Capable of building out collections infrastructure and procedures
Ability to quickly identify issues and react accordingly
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and interact directly with a wide variety of stakeholders
Thrives in a strong culture of open communication, teamwork, curiosity, and passion for success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in insurance collections is a plus
