About The Role:
The Enterprise Process Analyst role at Otter is an operational role focused on designing, building and launching efficient, best practice internal processes for teams on the ground to adopt. The right person for this role is extremely data-driven, organized with an eye for the small details and has experience in designing and building complex operational processes. They are comfortable manipulating data in SQL / Python to build and automate processes.
What you’ll do:
- Working with stakeholders to understand complex operational processes and requirements
- Building + optimizing through process implementation using internal tools
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, problem points and compliance, while publishing progress reports to business stakeholders.
- Performs analysis and builds dashboards to understand process impact and performance
- Develop high-quality documentation, training sessions, and knowledge bases for enablement
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of analytics/ operations / process /experience
- Intermediate SQL
- Dashboarding & Analytics ( Google Data Studio / Google Sheets/ etc. )
- Ability to manage stakeholders across the globe, translating their operational needs into processes.
- Strong operational business understanding
