Who we are 

In the past, to be a successful restaurateur, you simply had to have a passion for food and a passion for people - but to succeed as a digital restaurateur you also need to have a passion for technology. We believe in the joy of serving others, so we created Otter – to help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. 

What you’ll do

  • Broader and deeper contribution to a project/ program (a “go to” person).
  • Owns a sizable part of a brand design effort and runs it for a sustained period without a lot of oversight.
  • Takes on more conceptual work or full rebrands. Creates novel approaches to solving the well-known design challenges.
  • Creates realistic time and action plans with stakeholders and contributors. Manages contributors to deliver on dependencies. Hits the deadlines. 
  • Creates design briefs, including goals, principles, scoping design effort, timelines, and dependencies. 
  • Guides teams in tackling design problems. 

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.
  • 5-7 years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in computer programs (Adobe, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, FIGMA).
  • Experience in technology and design agencies
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly systematic, experience crafting best-in-class design systems for communication, web, and marketing design.
