Otrium is a purpose-led business – we see a future where all clothing is worn.

Every year, billions of items are produced globally but are never sold. Clothing goes unworn and often ends up in landfills. This is a huge waste of creative energy, labor, natural resources and investment. Otrium is changing fashion from the inside out: we are an online fashion outlet marketplace and we tech-enable designer brands to find an owner for every item they produce.

Our global business

Founded in Amsterdam and headquartered in the cloud, Otrium also has hubs in New York and London. As a digital-first company, we work around the globe and don’t need to limit our HQ to one location or a single hub. We want to ensure our O-team can work in a way that best fits their needs, whether that’s remote-first, hub-first, or hybrid (50/50).

Your impact

As our first B2B CRM Manager you will be responsible for making data-driven sales at Otrium possible, and therefore play a leading role on building our sales operations practice! By having a helicopter view on the entire sales process you will create & execute B2B CRM strategies, design & implement the B2B CRM setup, and maximize adoption by the sales teams. This means you will work on a great variety of analytical and technical tasks in parallel with collaborating with a large group of ambitious and like-minded people. (nb. B2B refers to the (potential) brands on our platform)

Do you have either:

  • Experience with B2B CRM/ process management of sales teams (not just marketing)
  • OR, experience with closely working with B2B sales teams

Your responsibilities

  • Create & execute B2B CRM strategies that enable the maximum advantage of data-driven sales at Otrium; ; asses & decide and lead migration to updated systems if needed;
  • Design & implement the B2B CRM setup: define which data to store when, where, and how, and align way of working of the sales teams to maintain high data quality
  • Maximize adoption by the sales teams: perform analyses to support sales leads in managing the team’s adoption; build in useful automations and links to minimize admin time & optimize accuracy of information streams between teams
  • Performing supportive analyses to increase adoption and to define improvement initiatives to streamline the sales process

What are we looking for?

  • A relevant Master’s degree in a quantitative / business direction: (e.g., business, analytics, economics, tech, data, econometrics);
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (CRM specialist, Sales Force consultant, Sales Analyst, etc.)
  • Experience with (supporting) data-driven sales teams
  • Proficient understanding of lead- & business development processes
  • Proficient user of CRM systems (Pipedrive & SalesForce preferred)
  • Experience with understanding, designing, and simplifying complex data structures and flows
  • Experience with working in a cross-functional environment, with different stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM automation tooling (e.g., Zapier, Activecampaign, etc)
