 As a Demand Generation Manager, you will help lead and own the formation, growth, refinement, and performance of a sophisticated marketing strategy that lays the groundwork for long term success of the OTR Fuel Card product while meeting short term growth goals. The person in this role has experience developing and organizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead funnels, and sales processes to drive demand for the product, deliver qualified leads to sales, and increase product adoption of net new customers. This person will define target audiences, identify new and innovative ways to market the product, and work in lock step with Product Marketing, Sales and Strategy teams to grow inbound business at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Marketing for the OTR Fuel Card. Lead and own the long-term marketing-driven growth of the OTR Fuel Card. Create new marketing assets for mediums like email and paid advertising that build upon existing campaigns and performance. Develop marketing that enables rapid growth and profitable scale of the OTR Fuel Card.
  • Optimize Channels & Identify New Opportunities. Develop reporting to gain important insights on your activities, interpret performance to inform and drive your decision making, and optimize your campaigns accordingly. Evaluate and develop assets for existing and new channels including emails, paid ads, organic web, SMS, paid influencers, and referral programs to drive continued growth and expansion.
  • Define, Collaborate, Execute. Drive continued growth by identifying and defining previously untapped market segments. Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and required campaign assets for the new target audiences. Execute with precision and coordination with sales and product.
  • Expand & Uphold the OTR Solutions Brand. Expand awareness of the OTR Fuel Card while maintaining the integrity of the OTR Solutions brand. Ensure cohesive messaging, strict adherence to brand standards, and alignment with OTR’s brand persona.
  • Collaborate Across Functions. Develop and manage the marketing and sales customer journey for a highly efficient and cohesive onboarding experience to ensure continuation of product usage

What we look for:

  • Experienced Demand Generation Professional. You have 2-3 years experience in established companies with a demonstrated track record of increasing return on lead and demand generation performance. You are comfortable beginning as a sole operator of the OTR Fuel Card demand generation marketing function and growing the team as needed.
  • Results Driven, Growth Obsessed. If at first you don’t succeed, try again. Live in the results of your efforts, optimize and evolve as you find success and market trends change.
  • Process Driven. You think repeatable processes are the tracks to the train. Ensuring you build seamless, logical marketing processes is equally important as the outreach itself, and you have a standard you hold yourself – and others – accountable to.
  • Open Collaborator. You can surface and fill gaps and are comfortable being the critical “glue” between teams and leaders. You’re able to identify where marketing and sales functions overlap, and you can produce high-impact marketing tactics that stakeholders across the organization can easily understand and use.
