What you will do:

We are looking for a full-time Associate Product Integration Manager based in Dallas. As an Associate Product Integration Manager, you’ll enjoy challenging projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability and initiative are paramount. A successful candidate is a self-starter with an analytical mindset that will bring experience in project management fundamentals, is able to reason about data and software functionalities, can weigh up advice of various stakeholders and has a desire to bring innovative technology to the hotel industry.

Where you will have impact:

  • Manage our data integration processes with hospitality software systems with a particular emphasis on improving our landscape of supported PMS integrations, actively liaising between engineering, operational and commercial teams.
  • Own the prioritization of integration improvements by combining the input of product, engineering, support, implementation, and commercial teams as well as your own knowledge and research on the integration landscape.
  • Investigate data quality and compatibility issues raised by customers. Closely collaborate with engineering, support, and implementation teams to align technical delivery with customer requirements.
  • Define the functional requirements associated with integration improvements and communicate them effectively to the engineering team.
  • Be a trusted advisor for the engineering team, to help them understand the intricacies of every integration.
  • Drive customer adoption of the latest and best integrations to reduce the support burden caused by outdated integrations.
  • Actively reason about the implication of limitations of the integration target, and suggest improvements to our product to deal with those limitations or to reshape our integration requirements.
  • Work in close collaboration with our customers and customer-facing teams and push for timely delivery to meet user needs and established timelines.
  • Work closely with our Customer Care team to ensure they have the right tools to support our integrated customers.

About our team:

Our Product Integration Management team manages the complete lifecycle of integration projects within the hospitality industry. We work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand their unique requirements and streamline integration delivery process. Our team is made up of experienced hospitality industry professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality integrations that drive business results.

Technologies you’ll work with:

  • API (REST/SOAP) development and management tools, such as Swagger, Postman
  • Cloud-based as well as hosted hospitality systems
  • Issue tracking and documentation tool like Monday, JIRA and Confluence
  • Integration related outputs in JSON, XML, and other formats

Who you are:

  • You are a self-starter, who is able to work with loosely defined requirements and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills. On the one hand, you’re able to communicate technical information to non-technical (internal) staff in an easy to understand way. On the other hand, you’re able to build effective relationships and comfortable working directly with external stakeholders such as clients & partners.
  • You have a knack for data, and are able to quickly understand the functionalities of a software application.
  • You have a proven track record of managing projects with a cross-functional group of stakeholders, where you helped to shape the collaboration between the stakeholders.

We welcome:

  • Professional experience in an integrations- or partnerships-related role within the hospitality industry. You worked at a hospitality SaaS company? Even better!
  • Familiarity with the hotel distribution landscape or in-depth knowledge of one of the following systems: PMS, CRS, Channel manager, RMS and the data they each manage.
  • Previous exposure to API (REST/SOAP) and understanding of a software development life cycle

In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $94,670.40-$117,461.43. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
