REQUIREMENTS: THE VALUE YOU WILL BRING!
- At least 5 years proven work experience selling software, agency services, or consulting into life sciences brand teams
- Has worked in life sciences selling to commercial organizations with a high propensity towards brand/marketing teams - knowledge of AoRs a plus
- Can manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle within a SaaS-based organization
- Someone who thrives off independently working and pushing themselves on deals
- Thrives off of working collaboratively, to win deals for the organization
- Deep curiosity about the product, how the platform works and the business processes that support it
- Effective at prospecting and managing executive-level relationships (C-level, VP, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a take-charge, team player, entrepreneurial attitude
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD TO?
In this role, you will be responsible for advocating, educating, and pitching Ostro’s engagement platform to enterprise-level pharmaceutical companies. We are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for someone who can build out their own pipeline and keep up an active calendar. You will be responsible for managing a book of business and proactively reaching out while continuously hunting and closing new business. We are looking for someone with a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that comes with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. This role has an opportunity to make an immense impact on our growth, so if you are a take action individual we are excited to hear from you!
The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000- $158,000 USD + Commission & equity. These numbers are based on our compensation philosophy and US national averages since, as a fully remote company, we do not adjust compensation based on location.
