Job Title: IT Director

About the job: We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our technology department. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage IT resources, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The IT Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support the organization's growth and success. This position will be primarily remote with travel as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience and certifications will be considered.
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving IT initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards.
