Possess experience with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Espresso, Python, JS, Java
Have an understanding of the Android OS systems stack
Are familiar and proficient with an agile project management paradigm such as Scrum/Kanban utilizing tools such as Jira/Confluence.
Embody an above-average ability to break things *and* quantify how they got into that mess
Have skill in writing well-detailed test cases and documentation
Are familiar with mobile devices and related hardware
Are fluent in the communication channels used by mobile phones and accessories: LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
Communicate openly and honestly with teammates and other departments regarding the quality of our product
Enjoy being available to help others, with compassion
Adapt well to changes to product requirements
Design and implement test automation framework on all Orion products (iOS and Android mobile applications, Front and Backend Web Services, and embedded hardware devices).
Manage and extend our existing suite of automated tests
Work closely with hardware and systems teams to build, adopt, and operate hardware test rigs for various wearable technologies
Mentor colleagues on automation scripting and related frameworks
Be a proponent of open-source software and actively work to collaborate and give back to the community
Break down sophisticated features and complex workflows; delegate tasks to your teammates to ensure mission success
This job is on-site in our offices in San Francisco, CA, at the neighborhood intersection of Potrero Hill and the design district.
