Position Description

The Marketing Manager position, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, provides a full suite of marketing, communications and graphic design support for the Origis brand and its business units. The role is part of the MarCom team and will work closely with Origis internal teams, and customer and community stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.

This is a fast-paced environment in which the team supports each other to meet stretch goals in the growing renewables industry including solar, storage, clean hydrogen and O&M services.

Origis has a large roster of clean energy projects in various stages of pre and construction phases. The communications objectives of our customers are central to how we approach these campaign initiatives. In the decarbonization movement now underway to mitigate the worst effects of climate change, renewable energy projects are vital. This role is an opportunity to participate in a wide range of project communication logistics and fulfillment. 

The Marketing Manager is a regular, full-time position, and is eligible for our generous employee benefits package, including employer paid health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, and other great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to assist with company branded digital and print collateral production.
  • Tactical support for collateral and other elements of project communications
  • Fulfillment of communications deliverables against the company’s project branding strategy
  • Fulfillment and tracking of company’s branded gear program.
  • Project event coordination including planning, logistics, internal and external communications, budget tracking.
  • Support marketing team participation in company and industry events.
  • Trade organization and event/conference administration and planning.
  • Production implementation of marketing plans, activities, and campaigns including email, social media and web content
  • Budget, scheduling and document support
  • Reporting: Data gathering and articulation

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science, in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing (manager)
  • Product marketing experience a plus
  • Industry or related experience in both marketing and graphic design
  • Must have: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a must (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • WordPress and SEO experience a plus
  • Excel, Word & PowerPoint prowess a must
  • Able to work on PC and Mac
