As a virtual-first company, there is no requirement on where we get our work done. You are able to live anywhere in Canada or the United States. We have a physical office in Lehi, UT if you prefer hybrid work, and we will give preference to Utah-based candidates.

About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support Account Executives (AEs) by assisting in establishing relationships and penetrating deep into new business accounts. This role is a significant contributor to building our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Support AEs in the development and management of client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of the client's business, goals, and industry.
  • Facilitate sales calls and meetings, while taking detailed notes and creating effective follow-up communication and action plans.
  • Assist in engaging additional parties as necessary to help move deals down the sales funnel and expedite the sales process.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification, with the aim of sending out contracts to at least 4 deals each month.
  • Manage and prioritize assigned account lists, ensuring a strategic approach in targeting potential business.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies to each company and contact on your target account list, effectively articulating our value proposition and solutions.
  • Approach every sales interaction with a "human-first" mindset, focusing on the client's needs and creating a personalized, engaging experience.

KPIs to Measure Success:

  • Number of contracts sent out per month, with a minimum target of 4 deals.
  • Efficient prioritization and management of assigned account lists.
  • Quality and personalization of outreach to target accounts.
  • Achievement of a "human-first" approach in all sales interactions.
  • Revenue closed/won and realized by the business.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week 
  • Remote or Hybrid for those near the Lehi, UT area
