About the Role
Orchard is looking for a Customer Service Representative to create raving fans through a best in class customer support experience. You will be responsible for receiving incoming customer calls and answering questions or routing to appropriate internal teams depending on the request or need. The ideal candidate is organized with excellent phone communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about creating an outstanding homebuying experience for buyers, sellers, and their agents.
This is a full time role on a retail schedule in our growing Atlanta office.
What You’ll Do Here
- Answer inbound customer phone calls and route requests based on type of question or issue
- Respond directly to some customer questions by accessing relevant information in internal or external databases
- Liaise with various internal teams as we resolve customer issues
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and think on your feet in a fast moving environment
- Experience in a high-volume customer service or call-center role
- Comfort with learning new technology systems/databases to access information
- Familiarity with residential real estateis a plus but not required

We're continuing to work from home until it's safe for all employees to return to the office. Our offices are open for our team members who would like to come in on a voluntary basis and for team members who work in essential in-office roles.
