3-5 years experience in an inbound marketing role (this is a biggie)
have impeccable communication skills (we'll ask for a writing sample)
aren't afraid get your hands dirty and own a pipeline (in other words, be an owner)
technical proficiency in all social platforms, figma, hubspot, mailchimp (really nice to have)

About the job
Work with executive team - As our first marketing hire, expect to work closely with our design and revenue teams, collaborating on various campaigns and long term strategy.
Content marketing - Our copywriters are stellar, work with them to deliver on campaigns, press releases, case studies. Lead marketing projects and campaigns through to the finish line. Ensure we're disseminating messages, images, and ideas that best communicate our brand and values.
Innovation - We have a solid strategy in place, but it can always be reworked. You'll execute on our plan while iterating to improve our reach and impact. Work on new promotions, affiliate programs, customer retention techniques, and improvements in the conversion of our messages and actions as a company.
Coordination - we run a lot of series, seminars, and podcasts for our community. There's no magic wand we wave to get this done, it just takes organization and execution.
