We are Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal team.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in a dynamic, fast-growing company and influence the future of innovative technologies. This role will support the company's operations globally (Americas, EMEA, Israel, and more). You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, R&D, and other teams within the company.

Responsibilities 

  • Draft and negotiate various types of commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, channel agreements, data protection agreements, RFPs and supporting documentation with customers and partners, while ensuring compliance with complex legal matters and mitigating risks.
  • Draft and negotiate various types of vendor agreements.
  • Working closely with the company’s management and business teams globally to advise on a wide variety of commercial, regulatory matters, privacy matters and AI, while ensuring their compliance.
  • Develop and maintain company contract templates, business processes and internal policies and guidelines to help scale the business.
  • Handle various corporate matters related to the Company and its subsidiaries globally.
  • Work and coordinate with external counsels as necessary.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations.
  • Take part and contribute to other legal projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm and in-house legal department in a tech company.
  • Significant experience with negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements globally, including SaaS and other licensing agreements, partner agreements and various vendor agreements.
  • Knowledge and experience in data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, and CCPA (CIPP accreditation is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, AI technologies, and the regulatory landscape affecting technology companies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills - written and oral ability to independently negotiate and draft agreements with strong attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to manage and support multiple matters and priorities with a sense of ownership and proactivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with a problem-solving can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with corporate law and financing transactions is an advantage.
  • Native English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must.
