We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a pivotal new role, where you’ll spearhead marketing efforts to our partners and develop co-marketing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, design, and field marketing teams to ensure that partner needs are integrated into our overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, in-person events, joint case studies, and content development with partners to drive mutual brand awareness and growth.
- Develop and execute marketing programs targeted at our partners to promote collaboration, engagement, and joint success.
- Work closely with internal teams including content, product marketing, and design to align on messaging and resources to create the marketing collateral and resources needed for partners to effectively promote Optimove’s offerings.
- Track and analyze the success of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with marketing counterparts at key partner accounts, working collaboratively to develop and execute joint growth strategies and marketing plans that drive mutual success.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Spanish or Portuguese working proficiency (advantage).
- Right to work in the UK or Israel.
