The Opportunity:

The UX team is looking for a Product Designer who will work closely with a global team of product managers, product & brand designers, engineers, and data scientists to craft experiences that will significantly impact diners and restaurants worldwide!

This design partner will be embedded in our Consumer team and help diners better discover the world through dining while making our product exciting and inspiring for new and returning customers.

The Product Designer will create, evolve and develop new experiences for diners while balancing the needs of our users, restaurants, and the business. This individual will collaborate with other designers whilst navigating the full range of a product designer’s work—from research to high-fidelity designs. On some days you’ll be sketching ideas and launching experiments as A/B tests, and on others, you’ll be conducting research or running a team workshop.

• Work through all stages of the design process, from capturing insights with user research and building and testing prototypes to visual design and working with product managers and engineers to deliver the experience.

• Love a challenge and solving problems.
• Are a fantastic teammate who can also lead small projects independently and remain open to feedback.
• Have a range of tools and know how to apply them within the process to clearly articulate your design rationale.
• Have time management skills and can deliver against agreed-upon commitments.
• A breadth of product design work across web and mobile platforms.

Canada Base Pay Transparency: 110,000 - 145,000 CAD
