OpenTable - KAYAK are looking for a dedicated team player to help navigate the fun and tasty
compliance hurdles of dining and travel.
In this role you will:
Be a member of our Compliance & Ethics team will center on effective implementation of our compliance program and high ethical standards, while helping the business navigate the constantly evolving travel and dining landscapes. Reporting to our Director of Compliance & Ethics based in Connecticut, United States. This is a fantastic opportunity for any compliance professional who enjoys a challenge, has strong interpersonal skills, and a thirst for learning as much as they can about the business they support. 

● Assist in the development of the company’s FCRM program (e.g., sanctions, AML, KYP, controls
implementation and testing, third party onboarding processes, policy, guidelines development
and training).
● Advise the business and key stakeholders on various sanctions and FCRM regulations
governing the business
● Ability to operationalize key compliance programs.
● Assist in aspects of the Anti-Bribery & Corruption program, such as the implementation of
policies, procedures, and training.
● Maintain a knowledge base of regulatory requirements and rules affecting the business.
● Support and advise our business cross-functionally, from reviewing contract clauses related to
the compliance function to assisting Human Resources and our Commercial teams on related
● Maintain compliance policies and procedures databases.
● Develop and complete compliance & ethics campaigns on relevant topics or initiatives.
● Assist in the administration of the Company’s Ethics Ambassador program.
● Design and deploy training to the business and internal partners.
● Assist in the development of the Company’s annual risk assessment and work plans.
● Assist with compliance audits and reviews, communicating results and recommendations in
clear and concise written reports, and collaborate with management to ensure corrective actions
are implemented effectively.
● International travel will be required.
● Miscellaneous work as necessary to support the compliance and legal functions.
Please apply if you have:
● Good knowledge of AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening practices, and
financial crime risks and controls.
● Good knowledge of U.S. Sanctions and FCPA regulations
● Experience in witing policies, procedure documents, creating process flows, and risks
● Experience in FCRM risks and controls
● Excellent matrix leadership skills / stakeholder management skills
● Willingness to learn, and adapt to competing priorities; desire to operate in a dynamic and
high-growth environment.
● Strong technical, communications, and writing skills.
