The Restaurant Product Team is  dedicated to empowering restaurants to provide great dining experiences. We do this by building industry-leading hospitality solutions that help restaurants, around the globe, run and grow their business. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll help restaurants achieve this goal by providing the solutions they need to manage their restaurant.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join and lead key initiatives in our Integrations product team. The Integrations team partners with many companies to create a cohesive restaurant technology ecosystem, delivering increased value and automations to restaurants and diners. You will work closely with restaurants, cross company stakeholders, and external partners to identify and prioritize user problems and define roadmaps that add value to restaurants and partners.

You are  motivated and focused on results, working across multiple technical teams to align on goals and drive results.  You bring experience in product discovery, and a data and customer-centric approach that will push our product direction forward. You like working with large volumes of data and see opportunities to connect others, automate flows, and enrich data in insightful ways. You successfully manage trade-offs between technical debt and new features. You're eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.

  • Lead the identification of user problems, technical development, and launch of innovative products

  • Align and communicate with cross company stakeholders and executives on strategic  initiatives

  • Partner and develop deep integrations with new external partners as well as grow and maintain others

  • Build and iterate workflows and UX to increase engagement and satisfaction, partnering with engineers and product designers

  • Slice and dice data and contextualize it towards growth and the best possible service or product roadmap

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog

  • Partner with UX and Engineering partners on discovery and development tracks

  • Stay in touch with restaurants and customers, identifying any new needs or problems to solve


  • 2+ years in a product management role and work experience

  • Shipped complex and technical integrations and accompanying UX from beginning to end, and learned from each to iterate and/or improve the next project

  • User empathy and experience talking directly with customers

  • Experience collaborating & negotiating to gain the respect of your product, design, engineering, product marketing and business development counterparts

  • Delivered clear and concise communications across all levels 

  • Data-centricity; a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact

  • Creativity; you will have lots of fresh ideas and be hungry to test them and see the results

  • Experience with agile processes and lean methodology

  • Understanding of user experience design principles

Ideal candidates have:

  • An engineering background or worked through technical requirements with external partners

  • Experience working with FinTech concepts like card payments, transaction reconciliation, and regulatory requirements 

  • Worked on a successful hyperlocal or global marketplace

  • Launched collaborations with multiple external partners

  • Worked closely with sales teams, partnering with customers and translating  feedback

  • Recorded product videos or demoed their work to large audiences

  • Any restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
