This role sits within the Consumer Products team and is accountable for driving business outcomes for the flagship brand store. You will own and drive the best in class user shopping experience that helps users discover our unique products from a vast catalog while balancing user engagement and monetization. You’ll help build in-house shopping components, recommendation systems and new ways to engage users. You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset of solving 0 to 1 problems and then quickly scaling the solution to become a category leader.  

This problem is unbounded- you’ll constantly be learning new things, coming up with new hypotheses and iterating.


  • Build flagship storefront bringing the best of OpenStore products and user experiences
  • You’ll own the customer experiences, increase cross-sell, and build hyper personalized user experiences
  • You’ll help build the future of e-commerce and bring newly imagined shopping experiences to life
  • Build tooling to let us manage stores at scale with full tracking, auditing, and monitoring
  • Partner effectively with Marketing and CRM teams to acquire and onboard new members 
  • Dig into the data, come up with hypotheses, and run A/B tests across various interactions on the store

  • You communicate and collaborate effectively. You know how to deliver the right message to the relevant audience at the appropriate level of detail. You co-create solutions that are better than the sum of individuals’ ideas. You embrace intellectual friction as a feature of improvement, not a relationship bug. 


  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering
  • Prior experience working at a D2C company with deep understanding of end-to-end user journeys.
  • Prior experience building and scaling user engagement features/apps.
