As a part of the Sourcing Marketing team, you’ll get to showcase your ability to generate automated marketing campaigns that inspire and engage merchants throughout the funnel. We will invest in your development and do everything we can to make sure this is one of your best professional experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll own the marketing automation system. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage & maintain the marketing database to meet the marketing teams needs.
  • You’ll manage email campaigns. You’ll monitor email campaign performance and identify opportunities to make campaigns more effective. This includes designing regular A/B tests that drive impactful learnings.
  • You understand the customer lifecycle. You understand email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey
  • You’ll stay up to date. You’ll continuously research, identify, and examine digital trends and come up up with recommendations for greater and better engagements and new opportunities for the organization
  • You’ll grow and improve. You’ll be working with top-notch people who love to teach and learn. You’ll find yourself both teaching and learning, giving feedback and leading.

What You’ll Have

  • Hands-on exposure to various attribution models
  • Builder mentality, an insatiable sense of curiosity & attention to detail
  • Experience supporting a marketing function in a fast-paced environment
  • Areas of expertise in forecasting, web analytics or campaign performance measurement
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of working cross-functionally
  • 1+ years of marketing analytics experience
  • Data Science background
