 Job Summary: 

The Revenue Sales Manager oversees support functions essential to sales productivity.  This includes planning, reporting, sales process and sales technology optimization, sales program implementation, and sales compensation administration.  The ideal candidate will have a proactive, makes things happen approach which will be integral to the long-range health and growth of OpenEye’s sales organization. You will be a key partner in deploying new approaches to solving business challenges and building a better workplace for a high performing sales team. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Growth. 

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives to increase sales, profitability and growth. 
  • Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.  
  • Prepare and present reporting that visualize data trends, track KPIs, and develop actionable insights.  
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and metrics to identify areas of improvement.  
  • Manage tools and technologies used by sales teams including Salesforce, Power BI, Outreach and other sales/marketing technologies.  
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively through documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials. 
  • Manage and lead a team of sales operations professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Effectiveness or Sales Enablement.  
  • Has an ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate them into system and process.
  • Minimum 2+ years managing a team is required.  
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL with demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis. 
  • Salesforce/CRM subject matter expert with ability to leverage the platform to drive customer relationship management, streamline business processes, and enhance sales and marketing performance.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA, or equivalent experience. 
  • Ability to work 4 days per week in the office. This is not a remote position.

 OpenEye Perks: 

  • The pay range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
