NATIONAL FRANCHISE ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for a National Franchise Account Manager to manage and develop our Franchise Dealer Network. This role will involve visiting new and existing Franchise Dealers to support, encourage and promote Oodle as their preferred car finance option. This is a field based national role, and so the ability to travel across the country is essential, 5 days per week.
You will be a successful Franchise Manager already, from within Auto Finance. Most importantly will be your ability to devise and deliver client business plans, achieve profitability and smash sales targets. You will be experienced at working towards and achieving high levels of client satisfaction and building robust relationships, along with a drive for success and results. Integrity, ethics and honesty will be in your DNA. You will need to be rigorous in your recording of all Dealer contact and transactions on our CRM system, Salesforce and understand the importance of this.
As you will be an ambassador of Oodle, you will need to be thoroughly professional and polished, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be energetic, passionate, hard-working, frank, open and have a good sense of humour. This is a mid-level position in the Commercial function, so there will be opportunities for you to progress.

Relationship building & influencing skills to build quick long-lasting relationships
Experienced at recruiting high quality Franchise Dealers
Ability to work on own initiative and proactively manage Franchise Dealer Network
Ability to work in target driven environment and achieve targets
Competent in Yearly Tendering Process to Franchise Director
Can demonstrate experience of handling and managing deadlines
Competent in FCA compliance and guidelines
Possess excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesise insights into compelling commercial actions
Proven track record of presenting to senior management
Self-Starter - always looking to learn and develop, whilst being prepared to challenge at all levels
Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving work environment
