We’re hiring an IT Infrastructure Specialist to help us build and manage our infrastructure at Oodle HQ in Oxford, working with our central IT team to provide the best possible service for our employees.
About the Role
We are a Fintech company in based in Oxford with offices in London, Cardiff, Manchester, India and Ukraine. You'll be one of the primary technical contacts in the Oxford office where you’ll help maintain and manage our network, work with partners to implement infrastructure, security and site improvements, support software roll outs and roll out windows updates .

Desired skill set and qualifications:
- CCNA or above
- Microsoft examination
- Good understanding and experience working with Cisco Meraki networks.
- Domain controller administration
- Server storage architecture
- Sophos central intercept x experience
- General back end support.
Working in a tight-knit team, you will be highly dependable and able to autonomously manage your workload, as well as play your part within the team. You’ll have strong experience in network support, as well as a good grounding in second and third line support for users facing issues with Microsoft software (Office365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Server etc.). It would also be preferred if you have experience working alongside external sites, though not essential. Above all else, we're looking for someone who wants to develop their career in IT and get stuck in to helping support our users as we continue to scale our business.
