Are you analytical with acute attention to detail? Do you want to join a team who are working hard to create a fantastic HR and Recruitment department? We’re looking for an organised superstar, with a tenacious approach to join our growing HR & Recruitment team to assist with Pre-Employment checks.
Your main focus will be supporting the team by taking ownership of all obligatory background checks throughout the on boarding process, handling any queries and escalating any issues to the HR Advisor. Being highly organised is essential and we are reaching out for someone who can handle confidential matters in a professional manner. You'll be joining Oodle at a very exciting time as it is growing at a very fast pace, so keeping up to date with your workload will be key in fulfilling this role.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Issuing pre-employment screening checks and analysing them in detail, owning the full process from start to finish,
- Identifying and handling all queries in relation to the checks, and escalating issues to the HR Advisor when necessary,
- Ensuring all checks are completed accurately and within the correct time scales,
- Running checks against the CIFAS database and liaising with the Financial Crime Team when necessary,
- Processing regular employee checks and annual checks of senior managers and directors,
- Checking and countersigning new starter ID Documentation,
- Assisting with other administration tasks when necessary.

The person we are looking for will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills, be highly organised, persistent and be comfortable with working to strict deadlines. We would like you to be an great communicator as you will be liaising with candidates and referees via email and telephone. You will be professional in the handling of highly sensitive information on a day-to-day basis and would need to maintain confidentiality at all times.
