Customer Relations Advisor - Oxford
As part of our customer-facing teams, we are looking for key individuals to liaise with customers when they have experienced a problem with their cars. This involves extensive communication via email and phone, listening carefully, updating the CRM, working closely with the customer and dealer, and proposing solutions to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
All interactions with Oodle customers are conducted with the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements as well as working in an efficient, timely manner. Previous experience working in telephone-based customer services or a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential – more important is your desire to work with people and solve problems. You should have a professional and approachable manner, be empathetic, proactive and hardworking with excellent organisational skills.
We are an extremely fun and outgoing team of just over 200 people, who all sit in one big open plan office, and we value candidates who have a desire to get their hands dirty and hit the ground running as we bid to change the used-car industry. This position works shifts – there are three and you will rotate through them weekly: 9am to 5pm, 10.30am to 6.30pm and 12-8pm. You will also need to work one Saturday in four, 10am to 6pm (and we give you a day off in the following week).
