About the role:

OnsiteIQ is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Content Marketer. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and partnering with key stakeholders in Product and Sales, you’ll own the development of our entire content strategy, touching each stage of the buyer journey. From thought-provoking content that sets OnsiteIQ apart from other AI-driven solutions in the Real Estate Development space; to directing Voice of the Customer (VoC) content that exemplifies our ability to impact customer ROI; to supporting our go-to-market product launches that differentiate our value, to partnering with sales reps in support of their our account-based initiatives—there will be no shortage of impact this dynamic and well-versed strategic content writer and leader delivers. 

What you’ll do:

  • This pivotal role requires a blend of creativity, psychology, analytical prowess, and a proven track record in developing and executing multichannel, enterprise-level content that helps differentiate OnsiteIQ as the leader in intelligence for real estate development professionals.
  • Supporting the VP of Marketing, you'll own the execution of the content strategy from beginning to end, providing direction in messaging and positioning, content strategy, and ensuring constant alignment against our ICP and personas.
  • Partnering with Sales, contribute to a robust suite of content that supports our named accounts within an account-based marketing model.
  • Craft and implement product marketing content that contributes to GTM launches.
  • Own the editorial calendar of content for various marketing channels and forms, e.g., blogs, articles, emails, social media, newsletters, etc.
  • Write and edit engaging, high-quality, long and short-form content with the ability to adapt writing style to varying target personas and content formats, e.g., website, emails, social media, field marketing activities, etc.
  • Manage external agencies and contractors.

Must Haves:

  • Experience marketing to enterprise-level developers.
  • A self-starter with little to no direction needed to learn, identify, develop, and iterate.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive in problem-solving.
  • Excellent cross-functional team player who can excel at both strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor's in English, journalism, mass communications, business, or a related field.
  • Possess 5-7 years of experience developing content for B2B startups, with a demonstrable track record of impacting brand awareness.
  • Be agile and willing to “create on the fly” in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of developing content for an up-market audience that is contextual, differentiable, and “humanized.”
  • Customer-focused, weaving the voice of the customer in all aspects of content execution and GTM strategy.
    • Proven track record of developing long-form and short-form copy to expand brand awareness and build thought leadership for each stage of the buyer journey.
    • Capable of partnering with Sales to deliver impactful sales enablement content.
    • Experience partnering with product teams and possess a technical aptitude for understanding an enterprise SaaS solution in a complex market.
  • Ideally live near the New York metropolitan area or the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Experience working in the Construction Software space and/or in the real estate industry is idea.
