The On Operations Team is excited to add a Distributor Operations Senior Lead to manage Account Services for our Latin America (LATAM) and Caribbean (CAC) regions. We are looking for an entrepreneurial team member with experience working with distributor partners in the region, as well as someone with team management experience. As part of the LATAM & CAC team, you'll lead the long-term strategy for omni-channel customer service and supply chain operations for our distribution partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Operations, you will drive scalable process improvements for the efficient flow of premium footwear, apparel, and accessories in partnership with teams based out of our Americas regional headquarters in Portland, Oregon and our global headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.

 

Your Team:

The LATAM and CAC Operations team is responsible for supporting, elevating and improving the On-owned accountabilities for our Distributor partners.

 

Your Mission:

  • Distributor Ops Service Foundation: Own the baseline capabilities of Operational Support for On’s LATAM & CAC Distributor business and global supply chain while serving the customers interests on initiatives to improve flow, visibility, and efficiency.
  • Elevate Operational Capabilities: Drive customer centric and innovative supply chain solutions including but not limited to Value Added Services and Packaging & Labeling requirements.
  • Orderbook Excellence: Serve as the main point of contact and manage a team that owns all LATAM & CAC distributor orderbook operations, from order to cash seasonally, including quick turn sample & marketing orders.
  • Drive Process and Procedure Mindset: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to customer service, sales operations, compliance, and product supply.
  • Reporting & Measurement: Provide order and shipment reports using BI tools on a regular cadence, as determined, to leadership and work closely with cross functional teams to quickly react to business shifts to escalate issues and drive impactful operations.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain a central team database to ensure transparency in documents and cross functional calendars while spearheading collaboration and process improvements in partnership with peers in EMEA and APAC.
  • LATAM Rep: Represent LATAM & CAC region in all system testing and program initiatives. 
  • Team Building & Leadership:  Most importantly, build a best-in-class operations team that is focused on both innovation and excellence, and as a leader create a culture where talent is developed, grown and values coming to work every day.

 

Your Story:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry working with distribution partners in a high-growth environment
  • 6+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required, Portuguese a nice to have
  • Intermediate Excel skills - formulas, formatting, pivot tables ERP and strong business intelligence reporting knowledge, Microsoft D365 a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills – clear, concise, and accurate communication is imperative with the ability to present ideas to a variety of audiences from direct reports to senior management
  • Root cause analysis and strong problem solving skills
