Your Mission

- Report to the Sustainability and Social Impact Lead, assist in executing and managing the Social Compliance Program at On

- Manage supplier audit scheduling, engage and work with suppliers on remediating workplace issues through corrective action plans

- Involve in capacity building programs internally and externally

- Analyze and consolidate supply chain data for reporting and disclosure

- Collaborate with internal partners on driving excellent performance in social compliance
