The Challenge
OneTrust seeks a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay team and support Strategic Sourcing. This role will maximize value from OneTrust’s vendor relationships and ensure our internal teams have the products, tools, and services for success. The analyst will play a vital role in developing our Strategic Sourcing function.
Your Mission
Strategic Sourcing:
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations across all non-tech 3rd party spend categories to ensure OneTrust secures favorable business terms including cost reduction and process improvements.
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations for non-tech third-party spending, focusing on favorable business terms, cost reduction, and process improvements.
- Handle market research, data management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
- Manage spending projects with goals like savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk management, and expense transparency.
- Conduct cost evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis to drive cost improvements.
- Lead supplier QBRs to ensure strategic outcomes.
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance against SLAs and quality metrics.
- Oversee vendor integration for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functionally and at all organizational levels.
Third-Party Risk Management:
- Support TPRM team in managing vendor risk assessments and setting expectations.
- Serve as OneTrust’s representative for vendor communications during risk assessments.
- Collaborate with TPRM to review and monitor vendor risk, addressing risks with mitigation plans.
Business Partner:
- Collaborate effectively with all team members across the organization in a personable, approachable way.
- Support internal customers by ensuring accurate transactions, effective supplier management, and accountability.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with business partners, coworkers, and management.
- Maintain a strong ‘Customer Focus’ attitude.
You Are
- BA/BS, preferably in a field with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple requests.
- Process-oriented, able to create playbooks and frameworks for due diligence.
- Experienced in developing and executing negotiation strategies.
- Strong quantitative skills for problem-solving.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in conducting fact-based analyses that aid problem-solving, proposals, and negotiations.
- Experienced in data analysis and sourcing recommendations.
