The Challenge 

OneTrust is currently looking for a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay organization and support our Strategic Sourcing function. Our team helps maximize value from OneTrust’s vendor relationships. It ensures our internal business partners across various business units and functions have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed. This person will be an integral part of the evolution of our Strategic Sourcing function. 

Your Mission 

  • Lead contract reviews and negotiations across 3rd party spend categories to ensure OneTrust secures favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Specific project tasks may include market research & analysis, data collection/management, cost modeling, RFx coordination, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • Lead spend management projects that accomplish key objectives. Those objectives may include savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, and improved transparency & control of expenditures.
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research, and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis to pursue continuous cost improvements.
  • Lead QBRs with the supplier and the business to obtain optimal strategic outcomes
  • Measure, handle, and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLAs and quality metrics.
  • Lead key vendor integration work streams of companies that OneTrust acquires, coordinates cross-functionally, and operates at ALL levels of the organization.
  • Execute work streams to align the target company’s vendor base  to OneTrust’s standards (e.g. renegotiating or consolidating supplier agreements, risk reviews, procure-to-pay onboarding, etc)
  • Collaborate with and support the Third-Party Risk Management team in the initial review and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk (Identify risks and issues and execute plans to mitigate or prevent those risks).
  • Support the TPRM team in managing internal and external expectations during vendor risk assessments.
  • Collaborate as needed with every person in the organization in a personable, approachable manner.
  • Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable transactions, and ongoing supplier management and accountability
  • Communicate with Business Partners, coworkers, and management in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of ‘Customer Focus’ attitude.

You Are 

  • BA/BS preferably with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests at the same time
  • Process-oriented: able to develop playbooks and frameworks for due diligence
  • Experienced in developing and executing negotiation strategies
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to dissect problems
  • Demonstrated data-guided approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation
  • Experience analyzing data and making recommendations on sourcing opportunities
