The Challenge
The individual in this position will partner closely with BizTech/IT and Finance stakeholders to scope, design and implement high quality technical solutions in Zuora Revenue/RevPro and other related systems. We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst who is efficient, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing a project from inception to launch.
Your Mission
- Ensure that requests from the Sales and Finance organizations regarding Quote to Cash and Record to Report processes and systems are effectively qualified, prioritized, and executed. This involves gathering business requirements, managing infrastructure, configuration changes, and ensuring appropriate documentation within Zuora Revenue and Workday Financials.
- Maintaining close collaboration with colleagues from the Salesforce, Workday, and Integration teams is essential to ensure the seamless execution and overall success of the Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition processes.
- Achieve and maintain a solid understanding of OneTrust system architecture, including business practices, processes, and strategy.
- Assist business users by offering support and help troubleshoot simple to complex application issues.
- Conduct daily or weekly stand-up meetings with project teams to maintain project momentum, identify tasks within projects, and complete them with minimal supervision.
You Are
An experienced Finance Systems Analyst who is committed to improvement of financial systems and process. You are able to provide strategic direction and manage projects from start to finish in a collaborative and efficient manner.
Your Experience Includes:
- 5 years Experience serving as the primary Zuora Revenue/Rev Pro Administrator along with a background in working for a SaaS company.
- 5 years of experience in an operational/systems administration role where you are solving problems, managing projects, and implementing technology solutions with knowledge/experience for Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition business processes.
- Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes, and procedures essential to develop and implement software solutions; working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth team environment.
- Understanding of SOX Compliance, SDLC, and Controls audits
- BA or BS, preferably in engineering, computer science, information science, or related fields
Extra Awesome
- Experience working with Workday Financials and/or SFDC applications.
- Experience in designing reports & dashboards in Workday Financials.
