Field Marketing Specialist - DACH

The Challenge

The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely within our regional marketing team responsible for executing the territory’s marketing plan, including overseeing digital marketing campaigns to help drive sales pipeline to support business goals and objectives. 

Your Mission

The Field Marketing Specialist will create, roll out and optimize demand generation programs including, but not limited to, events, webinars, emails, media sponsorships, and channel marketing activities, will manage lead process, lead distribution and coordinate appropriate follow ups with email nurtures and sales team outreach and will build ongoing partnerships with the regional sales organization to understand their needs and support sales targets with marketing programs.

You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and closely track deadlines and a high level of energy, enthusiastic team player, and dedication to excellence. 

Your Experience Includes

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, enterprise software preferred 
• BA/BS degree in business or marketing or equivalent 
• Proficient in region’s native language, written and oral communications 
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills 
• Exposure to and familiarity with a variety of marketing systems across multiple disciplines (email automation, CRM, Google Adwords, webinar programs, analytics, etc) 
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources 
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%
