The Challenge

  • As a Team Lead - Implementations, you will lead a team of consultants responsible for implementing the OneTrust platform and will have responsibility for customer relationships, working with our customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Privacy, Security and Governance platform.   
  • The Team Lead – Implementations, has a clear understanding of the privacy industry, including regulatory environment, and uses this knowledge to support all the primary responsibilities. To thrive in this role, the Team Lead - Implementations will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs for the purpose of being active and vocal in making decisions about the direction of the platform.  

Your Mission

  • Manage a team of ~3-6 implementation consultants; Participate in talent acquisition activities to aid the growth of the team    
  • Provide guidance to your team members to enable them to be successful with their customers 
  • Work daily with your team to support customer escalations and solve complex customer scenarios 
  • Understand overall business needs of the customer as they relate to the OneTrust product. Monitor and analyze the customer’s adoption of our solution features and functionality to align with business needs
  • Conduct 1:1’s with your team members to drive their professional development setting goals professionally and personally with each team member 
  • Build a strong, collaborative team culture 
  • Be an advocate for our customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering with a focus on steering the OneTrust roadmap  
  • Supporting our sales team in scoping services and writing statements of work 
  • Act as an implementation consultant for small number of accounts (50% utilization); overseeing clients through the end to end implementation process, ensuring they receive exceptional service 
  • Drive the team’s training, development, and growth according to established business objectives    
  • Optimize resource efficiency and effective deployment of tools and resources    
  • Contribute to business planning for the OneTrust professional services department    
  • Leverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references     
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development

  • Willingness to travel, as job requires (Estimated 10-20%) 

Your Experience Includes

  • BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related subject     
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services, solution engineering, technical consulting; with expertise in architecting and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives  
  • 1+ years leading and managing a services team
  • 1+ years within the Technology/SaaS industry   
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise IT projects as a team lead, manager or project manager    
  • Effective customer-facing communication skills. Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customer     
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars   
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment     

Extra Awesome

  • Previous experience in Data Privacy  
  • CIPP/E, CIPM 
  • Project Management qualification (Prince2 etc.)  
  • Experience dealing with senior management (C-Level) across multiple clients
