Opportunity: Private Practice, Outpatient/Inpatient
Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C
Ideal Candidate:
- Call: Weekdays $100/day, Full Weekend $250/day (anticipated 1 weekend per month)
- Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region
- Acute care certification is required and will be verified prior to employment
- Current ACLS, BLS, and CPR certifications required and will be verified prior to employment
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of employment required and will be verified prior to employment
- Valid DEA drug license and controlled substance license in the state of employment required and will be verified prior to employment
- Certification in Urological Procedures (i.e., cystoscopy) preferred
- Urology or surgical experience preferred but not essential

Arizona Urology Specialists is Arizona’s premier urology practice, serving the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale regions. Our experienced team of providers include board-certified Urologists, a Radiation Oncologist, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
