About the Role:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at our company, you will be working at the heart of our marketing engine, driving efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging our marketing data, technology, and analytical tools. Your primary goal will be to build and operate key components of our marketing technology stack, ensuring productive application of sales and marketing data. You'll work closely with our marketing operations leader to deploy marketing data solutions and processes that accelerate our go-to-market efforts. Your work will directly contribute to the integrity of our data and the success of our sales and marketing programs.

 

Goals & Objectives:

  • Develop and manage components of our marketing tech stack that enables success of our sales and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our data and reports to effectively evaluate the performance of our sales and marketing initiatives.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Under the guidance of the marketing operations leader, manage email campaign production and execution, including list segmentation, setup, testing, execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with BDR leader to build and optimize outreach sequences for BDR team
  • Manage the inflow of contact and lead lists, ensuring their successful integration into our CRM
  • Maintain an exceptionally high level of data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ethically manage our valuable prospect and contact data, ensuring its security and proper use.

 

Objectives and Expected Results:

  • Successful and timely completion of marketing operations projects.
  • Achievable improvements in data hygiene and data quality.
  • Enhanced performance of activated campaigns, as evidenced by improved marketing outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation using "and/or" statement clauses, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or a similar role with a B2B SaaS, mobile app, or e-commerce company.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, particularly Hubspot, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A bias-to-action and a willingness to step on to help with anything.
  • Ability to work within a defined process, using process management tools like Wrike, to adhere to schedules and manage results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building a consensus or obtaining buy-in from others.
  • A commitment to ethical database marketing practices and a passion for data quality.

Base Salary Range
$75,000$85,000 USD
