Position Summary:

The Senior Manager Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for strategy and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement and increase customer lifetime value. This individual will work closely with the Director of eCommerce Digital Marketing and Director of Technology and other stakeholders to develop campaign strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive user growth, engagement, loyalty, and monetization across multiple touchpoints and channels
  • End-to-end ownership of all paid and non-paid lifecycle marketing channels, including increasing the impact of our current channels (onsite, email, SMS, push notifications, Playbook etc.)
  • Develop segmentation opportunities to improve targeting and personalization to meet objectives working with data and analytics teams to create models as needed
  • Own strategy, building, and testing for lead gen and trigger campaigns onsite,  email & SMS, including creation & maintenance of journey mapping/flows
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push, direct mail, and digital advertising.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer data and segmentation to drive effective targeting and personalization, increase relevance, identify operational efficiencies, and generate core insights.
  • Manage calendar and creative briefs needed to support lead gen and trigger campaigns and partner closely with creative & copy teams to execute on the marketing objectives
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs
  • Partner with ecommerce and marketing team members to build out and optimize loyalty member flows
  • Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns, including creative development, copywriting, and list management
  • Act as subject matter expert and communicate performance results, strategy, make recommendations, and promote growth and journey marketing priorities. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze performance, create monthly reports, complete ongoing testing and optimization, and future campaign planning
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing
  • Ensure governance standards and legal compliance requirements for all direct marketing are upheld with partners, agencies, and vendors.
