OneDegree is a technology-driven company redefining the insurance and financial services landscape. We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team, managing HR operations, recruitment, and business partnering to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide support and guidance to management, required to administer and execute routine admin tasks, such as facility, stationary purchase.
  • Front the employees on all HR matters as the first level of contact point.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and hiring the right fit for the business.
  • Manage monthly reports of payroll process.
  • Manage the provision of employee services and self-services from onboarding to offboarding
  • HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers.
  • Participate in the performance appraisal.
  • Involve in training and learning programs planning and execution.
  • Support Chief Executive and HR Manager for other ad-hoc and special projects, and corporate with Taiwan office.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and locations.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

  • Onsite Interview: 1 hour with the Hiring team
