We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a summer intern. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities
As a Product Management Intern, you will:
Learn and Observe:
- Understand how our company operates, including its various departments and processes.
- Shadow more senior teammates and gain insights into their day-to-day activities.
Jira and Phrase Organization:
- Work closely with the team to restructure our internal Jira and Phrase accounts.
- Ensure that Jira boards are organized, easy to read, and aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to clarify backlogged items and reprioritize based on business needs.
- Streamline our Phrase account organization to be in sync with design and development teams.
Support and Collaborate:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance your skills.
AI Prompts in Jira (Optional):
- Explore opportunities to use AI prompts within Jira workflows and filters.
- If interested, go beyond the initial scope and make further improvements to our Jira processes.
Requirement
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Good English skills, especially in speaking and reading.
- Understanding and/or hands-on experience in Jira or another ticketing system is a strong asset.
- Data-driven with a strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.Bottom of Form
