We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a summer intern. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and exciting work environment.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with engagement team to organize office activities and events.
- Coordinate administrative affairs and optimize operation efficiency.
- Organize and maintain personnel files in a systematic and secure manner.
- Ensure all required documents are present in employee files, such as resumes, contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary records.
- Assist in other HR projects.
What we are looking for:
- Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and well-organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability of problem solving.
- Possess proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
