Job Overview 

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in empowering Cymetrics' customers to grow and succeed with our cybersecurity solutions. You will also act as the voice of our customers, helping to shape Cymetrics’ product roadmap and future development. This role involves gathering and analyzing client needs, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering resources and deliverables. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Partnership team to uncover opportunities for optimization and drive the creation of innovative products and features.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Lead the sales process and continued efforts to support, grow, and retain our customers 
  • Identify expansion opportunities, develop effective, customer-specific outreach strategies, and assist in converting those opportunities 
  • Be a partner and trusted advisor to customers and help them to get the best customer experience 
  • Manage strategic Cymetrics implementation projects including planning, prioritization, development, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation 
  • Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate 
  • Optimize the service delivery process to drive customer outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience 
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through new sales and up-sell opportunities 
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction 
  • Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align on strategy, product planning, and new opportunities 

 

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • 3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role 
  • 2+ years experience working in a project management 
  • 2+ years experience in cybersecurity or IT related industries 
  • Experience with leading teams, driving new and expansion sales, driving technology adoption and leveraging best practices 
  • Excellent customer service skills and a knack for developing strong relationships 
  • Naturally curious, with excellent critical-thinking skills and a startup mentality 
  • Resilient and adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Manage competing priorities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
