As a QA Engineer at OneDegree, you will be involved in the software testing phase, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the development team to conduct functional and performance testing while assisting in improving product quality.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with local and remote teams.
- Assist in formulating test plans and testing strategies to ensure comprehensive testing of various aspects of the product.
- Design test cases based on requirements analysis and specifications.
- Perform manual testing to ensure the proper functioning of software features.
- Record and report defects, tracking the progress of defect resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other relevant teams to address issues during the testing process.
- Participate in various stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring testing requirements are adequately considered.
- Write test reports, clearly describing test results and identified issues.
- Maintain relevant testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
Interview Process
- Phone interview with HR.
- 1st Onsite interview: 2-hour meeting with Hiring Manager
- 20 minutes test - HR sent
- 1 hour meeting with hiring Managers
- 0.5-hour meeting with HR.
- 2nd Interview: 40-minute meeting with HR Head / BU Head
