Responsibilities
- 協助整合公司資料檔案
- 公司內帳資料建檔登記
- 協助公司收付款業務、資料查核
- 與客戶聯繫收付款資料業務
- 簡易營業稅申報(無經驗可)
- 訂單系統會計相關業務操作
- 協助簡易出納會計事務,如:費用審核、銀行付款
- 與財務部門、產品業務部門密切合作,完成主管交辦事項
Requirements
- 電子郵件皆為英文往來,須具備基本英文讀寫能力
- 了解基礎會計(無事務所經驗可)
- 熟悉 Excel 操作及公式邏輯
- 可獨立作業,細心負責,具備良好邏輯分析與溝通能力。
*於約聘合約到期時視個人綜合表現及人力編制評估有轉正機會。

- HR phone interview
- Online Interview: 1-1.5 hours
- 1.5 hrs with Hiring team
- 30 mins with Hiring Manager
